Renewing your subscription
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically be renewed
on a month-to-month basis until you cancel it. Your monthly billing cycle is calculated
from the date you first registered, not the date you selected to begin your diet
or workout program.
Payment methods
A credit card is necessary to initiate service. The only current payment options
are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. You cannot pay by check.
We do not accept debit card payments. Please note: If you discover that the card
number you entered is a debit card number, please contact
Customer Service. All charges for service will appear on your credit card
under the name GTI*WH Fit Coach
Credit card problems
Make sure that the billing address you entered exactly matches the address your
credit card company has on file. If the address does not match, it will fail our
internal fraud protection even though your credit card will be approved by your
credit card company. When you change the expiration date or any information on the
credit card entry page, please re-enter your entire credit card number along with
the other changes you made before clicking the Submit button.
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel subscription, go to the
My Account
page and call the customer service number listed there.
